recs for comp for doing work

i want to build a cheap silent comp for doing work (office), surfing and multitasking. With a budget of $700 max, i was thinking of getting 1g ram, amd 3000+ venice and maybe integ video. I was thinking of getting an xpress board, but there seems to be only one avail (the MSI microATX one) & don't know if that one is good.

edit: i wonder how the x300SE and x300 compare

any help would be appreciated, thx
 
There doesn't appear to be anything wrong with the kind of setup you are thinking of, although the 1GB of RAM isn't something you are likely to need. If by the x300SE/x300 you mean the ATi VGA, the SE will be worse.
