Recovering items removed from Deleted Items in Outlook

Well, I meant to Shift+Delete one e-mail, but instead deleted the entire folder that it was in. Does anyone know of a way to get this back? I have tried this and it gave me some old messages back, but not the ones I was looking for. Oh, I'm just using a plain ole .pst file with my internet e-mail accounts, no exchange server or anything. I feel like I may be out of luck...
