We have a Buffalo TeraStation that has 4x 250gb hard drives in it.
Two of those hard drives were in RAID1 with a XFS file system.
I formatted this partition and need to recover some files from it.
Since it is RAID1, i can just pull out one hard drive and the information should be on it somewhere, right?
I have Hiren's Boot CD, so which program on that CD should i use to recover an XFS file system. If there isn't one on there, what program should i use?

If they were still in RAID1 when you formatted the data is gone from both drives.

I have tried a program called "EASEUS Data Recovery Wizard" and it was able to find all of my RAW data. None of the file names or folders were able to be recovered.
I am guessing this happened because this program can not deal with the XFS file system.
The information is there, i just need a program that will be able to extract it in the correct file/folder structure.

I believe you can't see the filenames properly because your undelete utility can't properly read the XFS filesystem. OTOH, Linux utilities may not have the XFS recovery tools either. TBH, I think you kinda shafted yourself when you formatted the partition with the RAID system still intact.

According to WikiPedia there is no undelete in XFS, and the software you used doesn't claim to support XFS. I'm not saying I doubt what you did, but you sure got lucky. :p

Got beat.

Basically, you're SOL. There are NO recovery tools for XFS. That's one of its drawbacks. Yes, you can do a raw file search like you did, but in terms of directory structure, file names, etc. it's all gone.
