Hey guys. I've had a few discussions with friends and family regarding recording of video. Everything from transferring VHS to PC, and recording Xbox 360 games into a montage. The budget is not so important. I have a limited amount of money, true, but would consider spending more $ as if it would do the following:
It would be nice to record high quality video (NTSC), with stereo sound, and have the card natively work with Premiere. It should accept s-video/composite. Definitely no proprietary file formats.
Any advise is greatly appreciated.
