I'm looking for one preferably $20 and under...shoot me with recommendations
 
Problem is I got the OEM version of the 3400+ in a mobo/cpu bundle...I just need something that's simple, quiet, and gets the job done. ( I won't be doing any overclocking)
 
Are existing socket 940 fans compatible with 939 sockets?

Would this work with my s939 3400+?
