Recommended Sleeved Cable Kits?

Looking to purchase some sleeved cables. Haven't really found the colors I like on Amazon or Newegg, mostly just black, red or white. Are their any websites that you recommend for alternative colors, like say brown or beige?

It really depends on what kind of products/cables you're looking to buy (ie do you want to buy the sleeving+heatshrink and do it yourself or want it pre-fabbed, do you need a cable kit made for a particular PSU for instance etc..) but besides buying from sites like PerformancePCs (www.performance-pcs.com) or TITAN RIG on Amazon (prime friendly) which are popular resellers, you could also check out ModOne - ( https://mod-one.com/ ) . They are one of the few sellers of MDPC-X sleeving and heatshrink which I'm told is of very high quality. If I recall, it is CaseLabs preferred brand and used to be sold through their site, until a former employee struck out to create Mod-One. Lots of neat modding tools there and tons of different kinds of sleeving and components to make your own cables, if you're into that.

My experience is that it's ultimately better to get some cable crimps and do your own. I used paracord which is easily available in many colours from ebay at ridiculous prices.
The pre-fab kits are never really the right length once your cables assume their natural routing in your case.

There are plenty of custom cable guys out there that will let you decide length, connector color, etc etc. I could have done my cables on my own, but honestly just did not have the time. I ended up going with http://ensourced.net/ I had to wait a bit for him to accept new orders, but the end result was worth it. I got exactly what I wanted, probably spent more than if I did them myself, but it was worth it to me to not have to mess with it at all.

I did do my own front panel connectors, SATA and fans.

Also, dumb question, but what do you call the "cable organizers" to get them to lay flat and organized like in Fritzz's pic?

Cable Combs

Most of the sites I listed give you a certain number of them for free, but you can add more if you like. The ones on the GPU cables are specifically designed to make a 180* turn and keep it clean. Ensourced 3D prints all of his cable combs.

Something along those lines.... For me, personally, I won't used anything but MDPCX in my own builds, and I've tried a LOT of different sleeve out there. As for CL, all of our power/reset switches are done with it too.

Wow, nice to get a response from a CL rep here! Rebuilding into my new Mercury S8 (two tone) now and it looks great!

While we're on the topic of cable sleeves, does anyone have a good source for tutorials on learning how to do your own sleeving ? Especially those covering varied methods (ie shrinkless/non-visible heatshrink when working with PSU cables individually sleeved) and working with MDPC-X or similiar? Suggested tools as well as cable testers etc. This thread compels me to get back into doing it myself, but I've not worked with it for a long time and the materials and methods have evolved, so I'll consider myself "learning over again" from the beginning to make sure I do it right.

The few cables I did I followed lutroO's examples on YouTube. He can get a bit long winded, but the information he provides is pretty great. I think he went through most every scenario, shrink to shrinkless, MDPC-X aka pet-c to paracord. The thing I didn't ever think I would for use sleeving was superglue.....
