My 7900GTS is dying, artifacts all over the screen, I guess I overclocked too much, I still like ATI for my video outputs more, can someone recommend me a decent gaming video with for best of my buck? I mainly play World of warcraft, I want a card I can play with max setting. have only $80 to spare though.
 
Given your financial constraints, I would look for a used 1650Pro or X800.
 
for a little more than 80$ i bought a 7600gt for 92.00 with rebate from microcenter.not as nice as what you have but
can play wow with good setting's
