recommendations on a psu

I am building a new pc and i need a recommendation on a psu.

cpu: e8500
mobo: evga 780i
ram: ocz ddr2 1066
ideo : msi gtx 260
Case :antec 1200



I will be overclocking and watercooling.I would like to have room to grow.I am starting off with single loop w/c setup but would like to add second loop later along with another videocard.Thanks for all your help.

I have the XT750 and love it. its overkill for your system but with a lot of growing room.
