recommendations for splitter

Well atm I am running x2 monitors and a Tv. The monitors are using DVI/VGA and the tv is connected with a hdmi. I have a EVGA GTX 560TI GPU. The thing is with this GPU I am not able to have x3 displays connected @ one time as they don't fit, so it's either my main screen and extra monitor or main screen and the tv. The nuisance is just having to go to the back of the pc and unplug one to connect the other. Is there any type of switch out there that I could somehow duplicate the Tv with the secondary monitor so I wouldn't have to switch them out every time or any switches that would make this combo work. Any links to amazon items would be greatly appreciated.
 
First the obvious question, why don't they all fit? Have you tried some different DVI cables?

Are you using DVI (digital) on both monitors?

Something like this should work:

Then run a DVI -> HDMI cable to the TV. No sound this way if it matters for your setup. Both of these options are passive, you can't run the TV and 2nd monitor at the same time. For that you need an active splitter, about $50. (Monoprice ID 7522)

I'm using DVI on both monitors. For the GPU it physically doesn't fit with having connected the HDMI/x2 DVI, already asked in EVGA forums and they confirmed, only supported for the 600 series. I was thiking doing the HDMI to DVI/HDMI or the DVI -> 2DVI splitter but how would that work in recognizing the 3 monitors since they would all be "connected". Would I simply just have to go to screen resolution and just choose Display Monitor 1/2 1/3. When you say No sound this way if it matters for your setup If I have my main monitor and the TV , it won't be able to play sound via the TV at all or as long as I only have x2 monitors enabled only.
 
Sound can only be sent over HDMI, so if you need sound to your TV you'll have to split the HDMI output.

The simple HDMI splitter will probably work, but you're right that you may have connection problems. Every device behaves differently, add in a wide range of cards and drivers and HDMI connections get out of hand quickly. If you want to try it on the cheap the splitter cable isn't a bad way to go and will probably work if only one device is turned on at a time. For a little more money you could get one of these that would make sure only one device was connected at a time:
