Recommendations for a good thin client?

Looking to setup a thin client terminal server with one pc shared among two other desks. Was wondering if anyone has any recommendations besides NComputing? That runs on Windows 7 Pro? Second question how does NComputing ever go around Windows licensing two allow other simultaneous users running at once?
