I am looking for a tower case that will hold 14x3.5 HDD's I would prefer to have two power supplies but that isn't required what would you recommend? I also want something that is low on noise etc, as this is for a home system.

I would get a fractal define xl r2 with it holds 10 and you could get a couple of bay adapters. It also comes with sound dampening.
 
I want something that will do it all in one case, if I don't find anything like I want I will probably just do a protocase like the backblaze but didn't want to spend that much money.
