Long story short, the 92mm Panaflo I have cooling the VRM's and vRAM on my 7970 is getting a lot of hub noise and is probably on it's way to biting the dust. I'm therefore looking for a replacement, preferably something in line with the quality of the Gentle Typhoons I have running on my radiators. The main improvement I'd like to see is something that is quiet and smooth over its operating range. One of the reasons I suspect the Panaflo is going after ~ 5 years is it's been undervolted @ 7V constantly because it's too loud at full blast.

SPCR doesn't have an updated fan list, and I've gone through the stand-bys of Noctua, Nexus, etc. and none of them seem that impressive. Anyone have other suggestions?
