Recommendations for $800 build

Was thinking about a Lynnfield 2.66GHz quad core cpu. Prefer to have a smaller OS drive, and seperate drives for storage.

1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc
Web browsing, moving ripping/watching, mild gaming.

2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?
Around $800 (that's including shipping)

3) Where do you live?
MI, USA

4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. Please be very specific.
Everything, including a monitor. (case, ram, cpu, mobo, psu, vid card, hdds. optical drives)

5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? Please be especially specific about the power supply. List make and model.

6) Will you be overclocking?
No.

7) What size monitor do you have and/or plan to have?
Desire 22" or so.

8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC?
Now.

9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? etc.
Don't think I need crossfire or SLI.

10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If yes, what OS? 32bit or 64bit?

I don't think you quite have the budget for an i7 with only $800 including a monitor, without a monitor maybe, but not with.

Comes to just over 800 with shipping.
