Haven't looked at the details on your build, but a couple of things stood out:

(1) Video card...if watching movies is a priority, I'd strongly recommend an 8600 nvidia card with the nvidia decoders as a minimum..(gonna bump your price, but they've got the best decoders, and the match with the 8600 is an awesome setup right now (look at the gigabyte silent cards if you can afford)

(2) DVD drive...if you plan on watching DVD's, I'd suggest looking at a pioneer drive (if for no other reason, then they have utils to slow the spin speed). I have an NEC in my HTPC right now, and it's the loudest thing in my box when watching movies..will be replacing it soon with a pioneer (simply to get spin speed reduction so it's not so loud and annoying)
