I currently own APC Back-UPS ES 550 and will be getting a new CyberPower CP1000AVRLCD shortly.

I would like some recommendation on how to manage multiple UPS on a single PC. I will use the CyberPower UPS for my PC and APC Backup-UPS ES for my other devices such as router, cable modem, monitors and NAS but I want my PC to monitor APC Backup-UPS ES as well to check battery status and etc.

Anyone done something similar before?

Generally when you plug ups to pc - ups can force pc to shutdown. but when you plug 2 ups and second will power only routers so should work longer - in that case it can refuse pc to turn off when needed> I'm not sure if this really will happen because i've never tested that scenario - this is my assumption.
