I am interested in a low budget personal website design. It's not going to be a income generating site so Id like to keep the cost down. I already have a place to host it. Im just a talentless hack, and need help. My desire is to have a public part that will host maybe my resume and a little bit of harmless info and a password authentication that will allow friends and family to go to the details and photo albums and other toys.

Anyone have any recommendations?
