Recommendation for 16-port managed switch? (for home use)

I'm currently using a Netgear GS108T (8-port managed switch) and it started to break so I need something else. The current switch is a little small too (only 8 ports).

Here's what I'm looking for:

* Managed (VLAN support)
* 16 ports
* 10/100/1000 ports
* Easy to configure
* Cheap as possible!

I have a little ESXi lab with a couple of rack-mount servers but really all of this is only for home use so I don't need anything too fancy.

How is the D-Link DGS-1100-16 for $175?

That Dell unit looks like a great value. I would go with that, or see if you can find a used one on fleabay or CL

I use a 2816 as the switch for my home office. Great little switch, does everything you stated you need for a switch, fanless, and does well under load.

I got mine on Ebay with shipping for $160, or you can go to Dell for the new one.
