Recommend this PSU?

It's the E-Power Jaguar 450 Watt SILENT power supply with Blue LEDs and a WHOPPING 28 amps on the 12v line! It's got awesome reviews...and it's only $68 new at newegg. Fill me in....is it good? This would be an awesome deal.

Looks nice, but I have had Nice looking PSU mess up before. I have just learnt the hard way that Antec and PC Cooling are the only ones that I use. Not saying this one is bad though...
