Recommend me a motherboard

Sub-150 dollars, would be nice if it had tri-crossfire but no big deal as long it has 8x-8x PCIE and support for all the components below, has to have intel RAID, clear an aftermarket heatsink...my Asrock P67 died and going to buy a replacement. What is the best thing out there in that dollar range?

I have been buying Asrock's for ages, nice to see them implementing a longer warranty AFTER mine died! :cool:
 
The Asrocker you've got linked is a pretty solid choice IMO.

I was going to recommend the Asus MV Gene board, but don't see it at the $150 price point.
 
GIGABYTE GA-Z87X-UD3H? Pretty loaded, some have/had issues but it mostly points to new boards with old bios.
I always flash to the latest before I even start.

$159 but it was recently on sale.
