Recommend me a mini ATX case

Well I downgraded from a dual processor board to a single microATX because, well, i wasnt using the power, didnt need the heat and noise. Anyway now I need a case as my mini ATX case is horrible for cooling,a nd is really struggling with two harddrives, a 2400+ (which is only at 1 ghz due to the stupid motherboard, might have to replace that too), a hauppauge 250, a radeon 9800, and a soundcard.
So i need a very cheap case (Hopefully < 60 so I can also get a new HSF) that comes with a power supply, can easily fit 2 harddrives, and takes full sized PCI cards. I looked around on directron, newegg, zipzoomfly, and computergeeks, but nothing jumped out on me.
