OK I'm heading to college and wanna go from a atx to Matx case.

My Only needs for it is
1.I need it to hold 4 HDD and maybe a SSD
2.Have room for Sli/Crossfire configurations

I think maybe the TJ08 can fit 4hdd, not sure though. Other option might be lian li PC-V354

NZXT Vulcan is one. Has a handle too. How long of video card/s you wanting to put into it?

Cooler Master Elite 341 is another I'd throw on the list.

^ scratch that... plenty of gpu room, but not enough hdd bays.

The Silverstone Tek Micro-ATX Mini-DTX, Mini-ITX Mid Tower Computer Case with Aluminum Front Panel and Steel Body TJ08B-E seems like a good candidate for your needs.

It can fit 5x 3.5 hdds (just be careful into not buying tall memory heatsinks like vengance)

also can fit a very long sli/xfire,

Just be careful into what memory you chose as the 3.5hdds will be on top of the memory, also be carefull what heatsink you chose, as some might be really close to the hdds, here some pics for you to get an idea,
