recommend me a good mpeg to dvd encoder

I have a 25min video thats in mpeg with AC3 audio, 720x480 res, need a good program to encode over to dvd for burning. I've tried auroa and imtoo and both programs create coasters, dvdsanta will make it jumpy with no audio.

welp, thanks for no help, but found convertXtoDVD does a great job for anyone in the future looking to do the same.
