Looking to pay under 100 if i can. Wanted a thermaltake armor and will be getting one if I cant find a case I like as much under 100. I like the room and style of the armor so would love something similar. Thanks

Coolermaster 590, CM 690, Antec 900, Aerocool Masstige, etc. Those are a few cases similar in style to the Armor, although personally I prefer the Coolermaster 590.

only one i liked was the 900 and it is the same price as the armor basicly. I was looking at the tsunami dream, how is that compared to the armor? Any other large cases that are quality maybe a different look?

Under $100, there isn't a huge selection of quality cases. Aside from the Coolermaster cases I listed, there are a few Antecs and that's about it. As for the Tsunami, Thermaltake's case build quality for their lower-end stuff isn't very impressive so I would advise against it. If you really don't like any of the other cases, the Armor may be your best option, although I suggest you take another look at your options before you pull the trigger.

yea im going to wait a few weeks and hope a deal pops up. i mean even spending 120 shipped would be less than the armor. and that antec 900 is looking more and more attractive to me!

the antec is great looking and provides good airflow, also the case lights are awesome!

Cheap cases have been thrashed to death on these boards... there are ten million "Recommend me a case" (cheap!) threads posted in the last month alone.

Go to your favourite e-tailer, look through their cheap cases, and pick one that looks good (inside (air) and out) and has space for what you want. Done.

Take a look at the Lian LI PC7. Newegg usually sells them for about $100, great quality case.

Be warned that the Antec 900 is a total PITA to wire up cleanly.

I second the Lian Li, though these are not cheap cases.

In addition to the recommendation of going to the local e-tailer and browsing, I recommend going to your local B&R and actually looking at the cases.

I have to add that even on the high end, Thermaltake cases (like the armor/armor+) can be pretty cheap in terms of materials and build quality. Lots of cheap plastic clips and sides, and everything just has to have an LED. Their designs are pretty good though.

There are usually some rebates going around with Thermaltake cases/products. A couple months ago the Armor+ was going for $99 at microcenter after rebate (which was when I picked mine up).
