Hey all. This is slightly OT, but since this is where the Gods of Case(s) hang out, this is where I'm going for my answer.

I'm looking for a new case, here are my parameters, please give me your suggestions.

1. 4 or more internal 3.5 bays or an included means of mounting hard drives in the 5.25 bays. I have to be able to mount at least 4 hard drives.

1a. The drives can't mount sideways (90 degrees different from the CD-rom bays) because I've already broken off a SATA connection due to this. For the record, I glued it back on and it's working so far, but I don't want to mess with this stupid situation again.

2. Price under $100, give or take a little bit.

3. Quiet is good. 120mm fan holes would be my preference.

4. Tool-less would be good, but not a necessity.

5. Slide out motherboard tray is a big plus.

6. Used and in good condition is alright with me, so if you something that fits these parameters, lmk.

7. Looks don't matter too much-it's function over form for me.

Thanks very much for the suggestions.

aerocool masstige get's my vote

edit: well i gues i was thinking you could mount drives in the 5.25 drive bays...

You know, mal, that may be a winner. It seems Stacker-y which is a plus for me, but the price tag on the Stackers and the P180's is too big for my budget.

Doesn't have a removable mobo tray, but I can use the 90 degree HDD mounts for IDE drives and mount SATA in the front-seems like a decent enough solution to me.

nice . ... i like em because of the direct line that the air flow has from front to back

air doesn't have to come up from the bottom of the case ..

it just zips straight through creating a lot of current i imagine...
