As the title says please recommend fans and fan controller.
120 fans will be used for water cooling, performance is the key.Noise is not a problem.

The Sunbeamtech 4 channel fan controller is fantastic! It goes from off (clicks on to 0 volts) to ~12 volts and can be found here:
