Recommend best internal storage upgrade for PS5 ?

The best option is the cheapest Gen 4 drive can find for the size you want. There's zero difference in performance between the gen 4 drives on PS5. So prioritize based on brand reputation for RMA support if you're concerned with that.

I've had a 2TB Samsung 980 in mine for a couple years though with zero issues. But that's pretty anecdotal.
