I've been downloading various utilities that you can use to test for dead/stuck pixels but they're just basic RGB color slideshows.
One of the stores i've been to was demoing their monitors. It was pretty elaborate and even included color patterns. (e.g. alternating black and white pixels to make a gray, black and red pixels, black and green pixels, etc.) and helped find trouble spots. That's what interested me in particlular coz the alternating colors helped really show the individual pixels and dead pixels don't get covered up by the 'bleeding' of the bright pixels around it.
Is there a specific testing utility that has that?
