I have a core 2 e4400 overclocked to ~2.7ghz
4gb ddr2 ram
8800gt 256mb


I game at 1920 x 1080 with my current card, but sometimes it gets choppy with AA.

What is a good card I can get around $150ish

Is my processor a bottleneck?
 
Your CPU isn't TOO bad - it's pretty much the same as an E6300. Your best bet would be a 5770 which is exactly in your price range and won't bottleneck your CPU in a noticeable way.
