im building a computer

i want to connect my acoustic research stereo speakers to my sound card. they've got standard stereo cables.

how do i do this? if money is little or no object, what card + other equipment do you recommend? thanks!

You will need to send the signal to a reciever or Preamp/amp, to the AUX in.
You will need a Y cable from the output of your souncard to your stereo,
Your soundcard has no power to drive speakers so you cant just attach them.
Send the signal to your reciever and hook your speakers up there.

Hope this helps.
