Recomended limit on bus speed?

hey guys
im trying to get my oc on my i5 higher but im kinda limited by my ram speed (1333)

right now im at 166x21 which gives me 3.5 GHz and ram is at x8 to give 1333.
now i was thinkin of shooting for 3.7 or 3.8 but the only way to keep my ram at 1333 is to use
222x6

is 222 an ok bus speed to use? if i did 222x17 that would give me 3.77 GHz, or 222x18 for 3.996 Ghz. the only thing is i remember reading somewhere that if you go above a certain number, it gets very hard to keep the oc stable

also how cool with the h50 be able to keep that oc if anyone knows off the top of their head right now at full load my oc stays at 50C and idles right around 30C. i have Rad<---Shroud<---Fan in push

the easiest way to overclock is to do one thing at a time. set your RAM to a low number, like 1066mhz, and work on the CPU. keep your RAM under the rated speed so that you know that isnt your issue when you hit a setting it wont boot on. once you find your CPU's top speed, then go back and work on getting the RAM up to its rated speed.

222 bclk is probably not going to work, though ive never played with an i5 myself. i would keep the multiplier on either 19,20 or 21 and see what you can get out of it.
