Recomend me some good backup software

I'm looking for a good backup program that is easy to use and works.

I have used the ntbackup in xp and it doesn't work too well, some files it cannot copy and stops in the middle of the backup.

does it doo shadow copies? My wife always has Outlook running on her machine, and it would be good if it could backup the .pst file while she's on.

I read the FAQ, but no mention.

EDIT: seems it does not do shadow copies.

Anyway- for home OS- it would just depend on what you need to backup.
All data files? Certain ones? What are you looking for?

If you are looking for a full-featured solution, I really love the Acronis True Image products. I am running an old version (8.0), but it still works great. Even supports ext3 filesystems.
