I need a flash drive for work, since they will not supply me with one I have taken it apoun myself to do so.

We have around 5-7 images.....but I won't keep them all on there just the major ones, so 3 tops maybe....

And the rest is .exe's of programs, software license etc....

And I would like spare space.....I was thinking maybe 64gb should be up to snuff.

Just wondering:

We use Acronis software for imaging, can I keep acronis and the images on the same drive and just have acronis on a partition and then other partition to point to the image itself?

And which flash drive is customizable like that where I will not run into any issues?

Links, information, and opinions are greatly accepted.

thanks,

What physical size do you want?

What interface?

How much do you want to spend?

You could something like a 64gb crucial m4 ssd and put it in a esata/usb3 enclosure for good performance.

I was thinking about using an ssd or just a 2.5 inch drive.....

Just wanted something more portable, like a usb flash drive. Was just unsure which size is worth the money or if one company has a better set up in regards to my issue with the images I have, and using Acronis imaging software.

So I would prefer just a normal sized usd drive.
