recessed flat panel IPS displays

Looking for a good solution to mount flat panel IPS screens inside a large semi circular desktop seating area, like a council chambers room. Probably use multiple 19" IPS panels for off angle viewing.

Any suggestions or ideas on how best to accomplish a project like this. Panels could be mounted flat or at about a 35 degree angle recessed beneath desktop surface.
