Is there any way to turn off my recent documents in the start menu...i don't like that people can look in there for my most recent used files!

Right click taskbar; properties, start menu tab, customize start menu button, advanced tab, uncheck "List recent documents" or the like.

This was obtained from XP, so it'll be slightly different but very similar to all other Windows.
