So recently I built myself a computer with
MSI Z77A-G45 Mother Board
Intel Core i5 3570K Unlocked Quad Core Processor LGA1155 3.4GHZ
Patriot Viper 3 16GB 2X8GB
MSI Radeon HD 7870 OC Twin Frozr III 1050MHZ 2GB 4.8GHZ
Intel 520 Series 120GB 2.5IN SSD
Monitor = 1920x1200 resolution

I just beat Far Cry 3 on Ultra and I was noticing that at some points the frame rate seemed a little choppy but not bad overall... However when I run The Witcher 2, I can't seem to get my FPS to above 30 average when I am running around in a rainy Flotsam at Ultra settings (Ubersampling is off) so I was a little sad and lowered the settings to "high" and ensured Ubersampling was off... However I noticed almost no jump in my frame rate... I have the latest graphics drivers... Anyone know what may be causing my frame rate to slow up so much?

Edit: I just ran around outside Flotsam in the rain on Low settings preset, and I am getting between 35-45 FPS which seems really low for a build of this caliber...

Far Cry 3 is really gonna test your card and push it hard. The rendering is intense and for one card I would say that's fair. You may be experiencing some other issues but it seems right to me.
