I want to venture into the world of water cooling, and have about $200 to spend. Here is my setup:

2.8C
IS7
9800 Pro
1GB PC4000
Aspire X-Superalien case with lots of room
500w psu

I want to cool my cpu, nb, and gpu, and most of all, I want this thing to be really quiet, while getting good temps.

Thanks,
Rich

You really should do the shopping yourself then post what parts you have to get a second opinion. Swiftech will have everything you want, but im not sure if thats going to go for as cheap as you like. The blocks are all going to need to be store purchased, you will be able to make your budget work through saving money on the radiator, reservoir, and pump.

Shop here on the forums. I've spent $210 total, and the includes a Z-chipset block, radeon block, that I'm not using, and a reservior I just got brand new.
