There are a lot of online stores out there,anyone have one that stands out?I thought New Egg was one,I have been a customer for over 10 years bought many thousands of dollars of equipment and sent their way to many new customers.Well they crapped on me over a MB,just the fact they flat out are lying to me rerally goes against the grain.So i am done with those yahoos.
The board was the ASUS P8Z68-V LE LGA 1155 Intel Z68.I am going to need another board because this one has the Memory channel issue,does the fake boot/reboot thing and i found the A channel memory does not work at all.
Could someone reccomend another board like this please?I will have to throw the one they send me back in the trash....I will be installing the Intel Core i5-2500K Sandy Bridge i bought from NE that they also refuse to take back now.Kind of leary of another Asus board.

Youre saying the mobo is bad and they wont allow a return? That doesnt sound normal.

The only places I shop for the most part is amazon, newegg and tigerdirect. Those 3 usually have the best deals and prices.

Anyways, that is one of the mobos I was just considering getting.

I don't get it.

RMA the board to newegg, you should get a new-in-box.

If not, call ASUS and ask for a cross-shipped replacement.
Generally they will cross-ship you a new board, but you have to REQUEST the cross-shipment.

If not, go to Tiger-direct, they tend to be as good or better than newegg on most things. I've ordered alot of components from them.

Also look at mwave, they have less selection, but generally good prices, availability and customer service.
 
I was thinking warranty service from ASUS the whole time I was reading your post, but see someone beat me to the punch already. When it comes to online superstores there are a few choices, but it seems there is a reason why folks end up buying from the main ones mentioned already, because they typically have the best prices and policies available on the internet. The Z68 chipset is mature at this point, so you have all kinds of options if you want to look at other manufacturer offerings. You may have just caught a Newegg rep on a bad day or something. It happens.

I was going to say pretty much everything he already did. I have never had any such issues with newegg.com and I would recommend who this gentlemen recommends as well.
