Reccomend me a PCI Video card!

Now that my Dell 17" Ultrasharp LCD is on it's way I just realized I'll have to use Analog since my KVM nor my Laptop support DVI......BUT WAIT! My Laptop DOES support DVI provided I have an appropriate PCI Video card in my CDock 2 docking station. So here's what I ask of you gentlemen, what PCI Video card should I go with...obviously the CDock 2 doesn't have wicked bad cooling so I need something that won't suffer meltdown on me.

but if youre gaming, look into the pci 5700 or whatever taht thing is

ATI 9100 64MB works..I used it when I had my lappy.

I need a video card for my system, I am divided on two pci cards: Ati Radeon 9250 pci video card or a Quadro pci video card.

My motherboard has no agp slots, but it has alot of pci slots. The motherboard in question has onboard video and is a quad pentium 3 xeon server board. I am not thrilled on using the onboard video and would like to get a pci video card instead.

Please help me out.
