I'll be looking for a good case sometime soon.

The qualities I'm looking for are:

* Well constructed - sturdy and built using good quality material
* Good cooling design - room for lots of fans and vents
* Logical layout for drives - must allow for easy insertion and removal of drives
* Tooless access to everything - no screwdriver required
* Attractive design

Here are qualities I'm NOT looking for:

* Bright neon lights everywhere
* A plastic molded skull with glowing eyes or the latest Doom theme
* Disco lights
* Bad construction
* Illogical layout
* No air flow or poor air flow design
* Screwdriver required for everything

Reccomend me a case that meets those requirements - thanks.

If you want roominess get the CM Stacker (one of the three revisions depending on taste and ATX or BTX). Excellect construction in 'em

Silence - you could follow the P180 supporters

Well, it sounds like P180 is the winner - lol :p

I'm minorly concerned about the PSU placement at the bottom of the case, most MB have the PSU connector near the top of the case so you need a PSU cable long enough to reach the MB connector.

It shouldnt be a problem. Havent heard anyone complain about it. Most psu seems to have the right length...so you dont have to worry.

Any current, decent PSU will have long enough cords to reach the ATX plug. My NeoPower reached it just fine.

I veto P-180 :p

another vote for Li-Li, but get it in black, the fake carbon fibre looks dumb on the silver ones.

ditto, my 550w neo had enough slack to route it fairly cleanly.

Actually, yes this has been an issue with some of the PSUs and it was talked about somewhere on SPCR. Check beforehand on the lengths of the cables in reviews to make sure you won't need to strech em out too much making an eyesore in the case

i know that ocz psu's hav issues with their short ATX cables and so do the seasonics

What's wrong with using a few screws to hold things down? Screws are way better than the flimsy plastic "tool-free" clips you get on some cases. Anyway, I would suggest the Antec SLK3000B. Less complicated than the P180, and it seems to meet all your requirements.
