Reccomend a good upgrade?

Right now, my computer has a PCI Geforce4 MX440SE with a whopping 64MB. Obviously, I'm in the market for an upgrade.

I'd like at least 128mb, preferably AGP 8x, a VGA port and a DVI port. S-video is always a nice extra for TV gaming.

I'm on a budget and would like to keep it below 150. I've looked at Radeon 9700 and geForce 5700/5750. Which one, in your experience. has offered better preformance for a budget gaming machine?

The specs in my sig are not very impressive. Planned is an upgrade to a 3200+ and 512mb more ram for a total of 1gb. With that in mind, what do you think is the best video card, preferably below 150, that would fit in with this system well?

hmm, below 150, thats hard, well the 9700 performs quite nicely, dont know about the 5700
how about saving some more and getting a 9800pro :D (expect more of the last from other users  )

ok, first don't get the 3200+, get the 2500+Mobile (2500+Mobile almost guranteed to overclock to over 3200+ speeds) Then with the money saved from that, you can get a 9800Pro. :)

yeah, make sure you buy a good heatsink too, the 2500 or 2600 mobile will get you around 2.5Ghz with reasonable voltage settings.
