Im running an ECS 610i board with a E2200 with BSEL mod to 2.93 Ghz at stock voltage. Also have a 4850 512mb video card and 4GB Ram. During COD5 the comp just rebooted itself. This is the first instability I have ever had with 6 months of this CPU+Mobo combo. I recently got the 4850 video card to game with. I am running it on a stock compaq 250W PSU, however my 12v rail seems fine.

Also, I recently installed the asus arctic square cooler, and my temps are still high, even though its on stock voltage. What is going on? Here is a screen shot of it during a Prime95 session

That psu sounds like the problem, 250w for a 4850 + the rest of your system, no way. Try a more powerful decent brand psu and i doubt you will have restarts.
