Alrighty, I'm back. Here are my exact system specs, and the things I've tried. Specs are: Koolance Liquid Cooled Case, GeForce FX 5900 SE, 2 sticks of 512 RAM, Asus P4C800 deluxe motherboard, 1 80 gig HD and 1 30 gig HD, 1 dvd/cd rom, Pentium 4 Prescott 3.0 GHZ. My problem is that my computer is continuously restarting while I play games. Things I have tested and tried: Testing my memory (and even replacing it with different RAM), everything turned out fine. I thought maybe it could be overheating (it wasn't) I figured I may not have a big enough power supply (it was a 350w) so I upgraded to a 480w. I've also tried reinstalling all my patches and games and all that fun stuff, but none of these have worked, it still crashes....anyone else have any ideas as to what it could be? I've exhausted my small knowledge base on the subject, and am at a loss as to what it could be :( Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Please get motherboard monitor and report all temps at idle and load, as well as all voltages at idle and load.

Alright, motherboard monitor installed and running. Idle temperature for my cpu seems to be about 95 F, and the last log I had before it crashed showed it at running at 104 F. I will try disabling automatic restart on system failure, any other suggestions?

Oops, forgot about voltages...
Core 0: High = 1.42 Average = 1.41
Core 1: High = 3.2 Average = 3.15
+3.3: High = 3.28 Average = 3.27
+5.00: High = 5.03 Average = 5.01
+12.00: High = 11.71 Average = 11.67

I think thats what you were looking for..

That 12+ rail looks weak, what brand is the psu?

What OS? If it's WinXP the reboots happen automatically when it bsods.

Does 3dmark 2001 or any other 3d benchmark programs make it reboot?

Vid card is not overheating. It's liquid cooled and has a few extra fans blowing on it. Since last we met I've tried updating my bios, which seems to have made it a bit more stable, but the crashes are still there. Is the processor possibly buggy? I read somewhere that prescotts were having all sorts of problems. Again, any help is greatly appreciated!
