Rebooting Computer Issue when running 3D

I just upgraded my computer to a water cooled Koolance case and whenever I try to run any 3D games or 3D Mark 2003 it will reboot about three to four minutes into whatever I am doing. My system is in my sig. The only thing I can think of is that the video card is ready to go or the extra load of the water pump is putting more strain on my 2 year old Antec True Power 430W PSU. I hoping maybe someone else has some incite. So what do you all think?

I forgot to mention, the system works fine with everything else, watching video, listening to music and surfing the web all run flawlessly.

I updated last night after my first post to the Beta Nvidia 76.45 Forceware drivers and it still had issues. I let the system sit over night and then I tried again this afternoon. I was able to get through two runs of 3D Mark 2003 with no problems when last night the system would hang either during the Troll Cave or the Turtle Test.

I ran Asus Probe to check my PSU voltages and me 12V+ Rail is down in the 11.3V range. is that a little to low and should I think about a stronger PSU? On a side note, does anyone know what PSU rail my 6800GT is pulling from?

I forgot to mention in my earlier post, I am not overclocking anything. I literally went to a water cooled solution because I wanted a quiet computer and the I got the entire Koolance solution with water block for free.
