Rear Fan for Shuttle

Hey all -

I have seen a lot of you with a fan on the rear of your shuttles. I have a couple of questions...
Do you have a fan on the inside also? Does the second fan really work? What are your temps?

Thanks I am just looking for the best way to cool my shuttle down.

I have an SB75G2 with the rear grill removed in a 80+120mm push-pull config. 80mm SilenX in the ICE cage -> 80/120mm fan adapter -> 120mm SilenX

Before Modification: 2.4A Prescott - 45C idle/55C load
After Mod: 2.4A - 35C/42C
After Mod: 2.4A @ 3.0 - 40C/50C

Rear grille cut out, Single rear fan, 120MM emermax @ 15%

Thats about average...when it's idle its about 37-38...

under full load gaming for a few hours it barely reaches 44C

My PC is less than an arms length away and it's not too loud for my taste.

So I went a head and added the fan...

I added an 80mm fan to the rear of my SN45GV2 and am now able to get to 2.6Ghz on my mobile 3000+. I am running at a 200Mhz buss and the temps are at 42-46c.

Its a little loud so I might drop to 2.4 or 2.2 and use the controller on the fan to bring the fan speed down.

Does any one else have recomendations on cooling and how to keep it relativly quiet?
