Realtek and Asus

So I installed my Asus mobo Realtek sound drivers. I decided to go with the updated Realtek stock drivers instead. When uninstalling I also used a program to clean the drivers. Anyways the Realtek stock drivers use the ugly black Asus GUI for sound settings. Why didn't this change to the stock GUI?

Try using Driver Sweeper.

ASUS UI tends to stay as when you just updated the Realtek drivers.

I have used the regular UI when I didnt install the ones from ASUS first.

I thought Realtek drivers include branding for the various OEMs. When i install drivers from Realtek, I get MSI branding in the control app. I am going to try Driver Sweeper as well

Sweeper didn't work for me either. I think your right in regards to the drivers. I e-mailed Realtek about it but haven't received an answer.
