I have a Biostar motherboard with onboard sound (realtek ALC888), but my microphone won't record my voice. the problem isn't that the volume is too low or anything like that, but it will instead, record the sounds coming from my speakers, like winamp or an avi file, (stereo mix?). I've been googling for months and it seems a lot of people have had problems with this onboard sound, but mine seems to be the only one that's been doing this. if anyone knows any possible solution to this please please help
