Realtek ALC883 and ALC883D

I have a mobo with the Realtek ALC883 codec. Then i was reading in their website in the specifications of the ALC883 codec that DD Live is optional but it named ALC883D. Is there anyway i can get the software to use DD Live with the ALC883 Codec?
 
It's kind of a hard setup to understand, but from what I do, I don't think so. I think the consumer is supposed to have the option to buy either the ALC883, The ALC883D or the ALC883DTS as sort of different classes of sound cards, but I do not believe that the DDL or DTS interactive support is an expansion to the base ALC883
