Really Strange Voltage Readings?

I just put together a new 2500K system with a MSI P67A-C43 today. Everything seems to be working, except the voltages I'm seeing in Speedfan seem to be really off. I noticed something similar with my previous build, which used the same power supply. Is this a sign of a major problem or are the sensors just confused or something? Thanks!

Either will suffice. See what it's reading directly on the PSU itself.

Just tested a molex connector and it had +5.08/+11.99 so those voltages seem good. I don't know why the +12 is reading so low in Speedfan... I'm more concerned about the VCC1.5V reading of 1.05V and the Vdimm reading of 2.16V. I don't know what the first value is, but the Vdimm is for the RAM and I have G-Skill Ripjaws which should be at 1.5V?

My guess would be that speedfan is reading the values wrong.

I tried a few and they all showed similar readings but then I went into the BIOS and everything seemed much better, so I guess it's just reading the wrong sensors or something
