Really newbie sonata question

Okay so I just got my sonata II and im having a hard time installing my harddrives, in the manual it says to use the :special screws provided". Well, every screw that came with it, doesnt fit in the hole, at all, like i cant even get it in there. Am I missing something?

They are special screws that have a very wide head and long shaft to allow proper gap for the rubber gromments. If you didn't get them, call Antec and have them ship it to you.
