If that is indeed on the stock cooler, pretty nice temps.
you've got 2 cores turned off. Anything that doesn't specifically refer to HT is counting the HT cores as physical cores, and thus you've got 2 cores / 4 threads running. Check your bios under, um, i think its the OCing page. Theres a limit the number of cores option, 1/2/4(all?). Make sure its on 4/all.

I'm not using the stock cooler, it's the Thermalright Extreme 1366 setup. The low temperatures stem from the fact that my wife is from northern Michigan and she keeps our apartment at 68 degrees. lol
With regards to the cores, I wish I could change that setting. In the bios, it only shows 1, 2, and All.
The funny thing is the bios reports two cores, but the task manager is showing 4 cores and Realtemp is showing 4 cores. Also, Device Manager is showing 8 CPUs.
I am not sure what to do about this issue.
